Kidsburg was made possible by a grant from the Blue Cross of Idaho's High Five Grant. The High Five Grant is meant to help community provide opportunities for residents to be active and healthy. Kidsburg addresses a desire expressed by the community through several studies and out reach programs including: the Rexburg Parks Plan, Envision Madison, the High Five Grant Community Assessment Study, and focus groups; to provide a place for children and families to be active, and socialize during the cold winter months.
