1. Children must be supervised at all times

2. Children under 18 are not permitted to enter or remain in the building without adult supervision

3. No adults permitted without children, within Kidsburg

4. Food and drink permitted only in the food area and party room

5. No pets or animals inside the building

6. No smoking of any kind in or around the building

7. All visitors must sign in at the front desk

8. Be respectful of other guests, take turns and share

9. Keep toys and interactive items within their appropriate exhibit

 

Unaccompanied Adults

Adults are not permitted to enter the Kidsburg Floor without children. Adults wishing to visit the Kidsburg can request a brief tour based on staff availability. We recommend calling ahead to make an appointment with the appropriate department.

 

Unaccompanied Children

​

Children under 18 are not permitted to enter the Kidsburg or remain in on the Kidsburg floor without adult supervision. Adults are classified as anyone 18 and older. Kidsburg asks that adults stay with children at all times.

 

Sick Child

​

Children with an elevated temperature, or an illness that may be contagious (such as pink eye or flu) or too sick to go to school are asked to not visit the Museum for the safety of our guests.

 

Food

​

Snacks and drinks can be purchased at the front deak. Families are welcome to bring sack lunches. Lunch tables are available on a first come basis. Food, drinks, and gum are not permitted in our exhibit spaces.

 

Shoes

​

Shoes must be worn at all times.

 

Photos & Video

​

Taking photos of your family is allowed, but we ask that you do not capture other families and children in your photos. At times, Kidsburg has media and photographers on the exhibit floor. By entering our facility you have consented to having Kidsburg use your image for marketing purposes. If you wish to not be photographed you must notify security immediately upon entering.
